Successful further training – technology for business people
In the past 6 months, our employees have been back to school:
Kevin Tiemann, Mareen Sciolti, Maike Lüking and Christian Aman (picture from left to right) took part in the IHK-certified “Technology for Business People” course and completed it with flying colors.
At the PHWT in Diepholz (Dr. Jürgen and Irmgard Ulderup Foundation) they were taught the technical basics in the areas of materials science, drawing reading, production technology, measurement technology, electrical engineering, energy technology, process engineering, IT and plastics production every evening.
Our employees are our most important capital in the long term. We invest in training and further education, because we as a company benefit from the know-how gained just as much as our employees.
