VENSYS Elektrotechnik and Stadtwerke Huntetal Seal Partnership for Battery Storage Project in Diepholz
Diepholz/Munich. At The smarter E Europe in Munich, Stadtwerke Huntetal and VENSYS Elektrotechnik GmbH ceremonially signed a contract for a joint battery storage project at the St. Hülfe site in Diepholz.
With this project, two regional companies are sending a strong signal in support of the local energy transition. The battery storage system will play a key role in integrating renewable energy and enhancing the stability of the power grid.
VENSYS Elektrotechnik is supplying a turnkey Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with a capacity of approximately 6 MW and a storage capacity of 12.54 MWh. The scope of delivery includes 15 VENSTORE L800 Pro battery storage units, a medium-voltage transformer skid, and the VENSYS Energy Management System (EMS) for intelligent control of the facility.

The signing of the contract at The smarter E Europe marks the official start of the collaboration and underscores the shared goal of utilizing innovative storage technologies for a secure and sustainable energy supply.
